Slating and Tiling

Built up felt roofing

Felt roofing systems have been installed on flat roofing projects over the past 70 years. Today’s modern, high performance polyester based elastomeric felts, have very high tensile strength, that allows for any structural or thermal movement on the roof.

The materials are installed using a hot torch or a cold adhered method of application. The application process allows the systems to be applied onto most surfaces including timber, asphalt, felt and metal. Felt roofing systems are extremely flexible and can be incorporated using insulation to upgrade thermal performance and with the cold adhered options, can help in reducing the health & safety risks away from the design.

Liquid roofing

Liquid coating systems have been used on flat roofing schemes over the past 50 years. The materials are installed using cold application, which helps to reduce the health and safety risks away from the design.

The application process allows the systems to be applied onto most surfaces including asphalt, felt, metal and single ply membranes. This installation makes the liquid coating system very versatile and reduces the cost of removal and disposal of the old roof.

Single ply roofing
